Registration begins JUNE 25, 2025

            Registration begins on June 25 and will be available for both returning and new families.  New families may register, but will be required to contact and meet with the Director and produce copies of all required documentation before their application will be processed.  Please note that families should be active and participating members of Sacred Heart Parish.

 

PLEASE NOTE:   Students entering Grade 10, who have completed all requirements and are receiving their Confirmation in the fall of 2025, must be registered in the program to ensure we have the most up to date information for our records.  Thank you.

 

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM FOR THE

2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR DUE TO NEW MASS SCHEDULE:​​

(Please note these are highlights and may not reflect all changes/revisions as they are a work in progress at this time.  Thank you for your understanding.) 

 

1)Class sessions:

Sunday morning:  one session, 9:30am-10:25am, grades K-5 only.

Sunday evening:  one session, times TBD, grades 6-9 only.

Monday evening:  one session, times TBD, grades 4 & 5 only, as necessary.

2)Due to the change in class times, late arrival/early dismissal will be limited to a 5-minute timeframe. 

3)Classes will begin earlier than in previous years to meet total hour time requirements.  We will also offer mandatory family “mini retreats” to accommodate lost hours.  Grade 2 and 3 will still be required to attend their own retreat as part of their sacramental preparation.

4)Grade 6 and 7 will be required to attend a 2-hour mini retreat this year and assist at one of the family retreats.  There may also be a change to the required community service hours but that has not been decided yet.

5)There will no longer be an option for make up classes with only one session on Sundays.

6)Monthly Youth Mass will be reviewed but most likely will only happen at the 8:30am Mass. 

7)Other events and activities sponsored by Religious Education may need to be reviewed also.
